More than 5,000 members and students of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in the United Arab Emirates are now able to speak to their professional body free of charge and at any time.
ACCA has become the first finance and accountancy body in the UAE to launch a toll free number which will enable students and members to speak to ACCA customer services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This will enable more than 1,000 ACCA members and over 4,000 students to have administrative queries dealt with at a time which is convenient to them and at no charge.
The toll free number is 8000 3570 3172, and will enable students and members to have administrative details, such as exam entries, fees, subscriptions and membership renewals dealt with at any time.
Any enquiries relating to events and activities in the UAE, such as member networking events, lectures or student meetings, should still be directed to the ACCA office in Dubai on +971 4 3915451.
